H1N1 flu vaccine (shots)
at AC Corcoran

Consent Forms are being sent home on Thursday, November 5 and must be returned no later than Monday, November 9

If your child does not send back a consent form, they will NOT be given the H1N1 shot.

If you wish to protect your child from the H1N1 flu virus, The South Carolina Health Department (DHEC) is now taking appointments for administration of the flu vaccination.
